hiya, i’m sarah 👋🏻

My favorite things in life are creating experiences with people and inviting them into spaces where they leave feeling happier, inspired, and empowered. At this stage of my life, I often find comfort in memories and nostalgia—whether on good days or tough ones.

Being creative with nourishing food is one of my greatest joys, a passion born from a complicated relationship with food during my younger years. I grew up in a family where food and drinks were central to comfort and joy—a habit I still cherish today, but in a more balanced way. The voices of others who commented on my body have left a lasting impact, but as I’ve grown older, I’ve learned to separate those memories, discerning which were misguided and which hold valuable lessons.

I still relish the simple pleasures—going out for ice cream, enjoying dinner with friends, having a few drinks—without letting them disturb my peace of mind. I’m incredibly grateful to be at a place where I genuinely love natural foods, and I enjoy discovering the benefits and flavors of plants, spices, herbs, and various proteins. I’ve learned to craft meals that not only nourish my body but also satisfy my heart and cravings.

Growing up in Maine, spending summers camping, backpacking after high school, and living in a van as an adult, I developed a deep love for nature. I didn’t realize how much it would enrich my life until I noticed how being outside made me a better version of myself. Long-distance runs without headphones—no music, no podcasts—became a way for me to embrace the simplicity of just being.

I’m not a Dietitian, and I didn’t attend culinary school, but I studied Holistic Health and have created hundreds of recipes for food brands. I’m no expert, but I’m eager to share the things I’ve come to love over the years. I hope you’ll stay, share your favorite foods with me, and tell me how you enjoy your time—whether indoors or out. Most of all, I hope we can become friends.

Please stay awhile.

Sarah xx
